More on the front room

Now with furniture!

I managed to move all my furniture back into the room all-by-myself, which is no mean feat when you consider the couch was in my bedroom to begin with. I also managed to do so without mangling either myself or any of the woodwork, so yay! I did accidentally trap myself in the bedroom for a few minutes while getting the couch out, and had to crawl up and over the back (while it was on its side, which was slightly more difficult than if it had been on its feet), but nothing fell, nobody got hurt, and the couch is now where it belongs.

The printed curtain fabric has been ordered, and the FedEx tracking number tells me it should be here tomorrow. I'm planning on ordering a crap-ton of voile from Exclusive Silks for the sheers, since it's significantly cheaper than any of the decorator sheers available. That, however, is going to wait a bit, since the printed stuff wasn't cheap. But it'll be worth it! I feel like I'm on vacation someplace kind of fancy, sitting in there with the nice, clean white walls. Squee!
