My FFC order, over a year ago, took *forever* to ship. Their excuse was the ice storm. I bought it then, but I've heard stories, and I don't think I'd buy again unless there was something I really, really wanted that no one else had. It doesn't seem like "customer service" is #1 on the priority list.
