I found a trim that might work for the gold down the center of Eowyn's Victory gown, or even for the. I'll probably never get to do that one, but I'm kind of thinking I like it a lot for Renaissance Faire. Anyway, here's the trim:

Byzantine circle something-or-other It would need the colored gems added, but that's kind of to be expected. I'm tempted to order a few yards "just in case," but that's not so wise.

What does everyone else think? I'm tempted, so very tempted, to make a silk or cotton version of the dress, so that I don't have to wear polyester to yet another Faire and sweat myself to death...and I love the blue...Gah.
