While I was in Petoskey, my dad took me to Wal-Mart. There, I found the perfect fabric for the picnic dress cape. It's a curtain, called "Traditions." It's ecru colored net, very soft, with roses and vines. The roses are in groups of three. The original costume had roses in groups of three. The curtain sold by Meijer has them in groups of four. I can't believe this matters to me. I bought the Wal-Mart curtain because it was more correct.

That, and it was several dollars cheaper!

I love Wal-Mart.

My shoulders are peeling--a gift of the sunburn. Yippee.
