ktlovely~Passed my drivers test this afternoon
~Still don't know what's going on with Friday night and going to Jackson and what have you. Ask Mrs. Paget tomorrow
~Working on Puzzle Project for Rhetoric. I cannot be artsy and smart at the same time. Boo.
~Got the crepe for the Requiem dress cut out. Now I have to work out some way of transferring the beading designs onto the dress. Eek! Any ideas? Think I could wheedle a piece of chalk out of Mr. Slusher or Mr. Holt? Would that even work? Don't I have a white quilting pencil around here somewhere? Will I ever be able to find it if I do?
Oh, and here's an irony if I ever heard one: I had just finished my driving test and we were getting out of the car to go into the guy's office so he could tell me how I did. I sighed in relief, nothing big had gone wrong and it was over...and my mom slammed the car door on my thumb. Um, ouch, that's my finger! And then she squeezed it, trying to be sympathetic. And then told me not to shout. Ouch. It's kind of swelled up now, but not nearly as badly as this afternoon.
Edit: I just wanted to mention that Pippin almost fell asleep on me tonight. He was kind of laid out on my stomach, right over my solar plexus, and dozing off. That is possibly the cutest guinea pig I've ever seen, folks. He's adorable! I should take pictures.
I would also like to say that Tim Albright not only grew up lookin' really good (last time I looked he looked like Minkis or whatever that kid on Boy Meets World was called), he got to light a soccer ball on fire for one of his senior pictures.
